Recognised at the 5th Global Sustainability Summit & Awards, hosted at the House of Lords, Palace of Westminster.
For visionary leadership and outstanding contributions to global sustainability.
This was a very special milestone for us. The summit brought together global leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, innovators and sustainability pioneers from around the world to discuss one of the biggest questions facing industries today: how we create systems where people, planet and profit can progress together in the age of AI and innovation.
To have our work recognised in a room dedicated to shaping the future of sustainability, technology and global impact is something we're incredibly proud of. This award represents more than a moment of recognition. It represents a wider shift happening across fashion, where conversations around sustainability are moving beyond intention and into the systems, infrastructure and technology needed to make real change possible.
For us, this has always been the mission
Fashion is one of the most influential and creative industries in the world. But despite decades of innovation in how we discover, market and buy products, one of the biggest opportunities in fashion has remained almost untouched: what happens after we buy?
For years the industry has focused on everything leading up to the purchase — building products, telling stories, acquiring customers. But the moment a product leaves the store, that connection disappears. A product that took years of creativity, craftsmanship and supply chain effort to create suddenly becomes disconnected from the brand that made it. The brand loses visibility. The customer is left to navigate everything that comes next alone — care, repair, authenticity, value, and what happens when the product's ready for its next chapter.
These questions define the future of fashion.
Building the operating system for a product's entire life
We're turning products from static objects into connected assets that carry their own story, services and value throughout their lifetime — not just where a product came from and what it's made of, but care guidance, repair services, authentication, resale pathways, and new experiences between brands and the people who own their products.
Incoming EU Digital Product Passport regulation is creating one of the biggest transformations fashion has seen in decades. Many businesses see this as another compliance requirement. We see the opportunity to transform compliance from a cost into a new source of connection, customer insight and long-term value.
Today, brands spend millions acquiring customers, then lose connection to the products they create the moment they're sold — while value keeps moving through resale, repair, authentication and ownership experiences the brand never sees. The future of fashion can't only be about producing more. It has to be about unlocking more value from what already exists.
Winning at the Global Sustainability Summit & Awards matters to us because it shows this conversation is accelerating — from sustainability as a statement to sustainability as infrastructure.
Because the next era of fashion won't just be defined by what happens before someone buys a product. It will be defined by everything that happens after.
Welcome to the post-purchase era.
